Fee Schedule
Our fees are simple, market leading and transparent.
Step One: 15 Minute Consultation
We provide a 15 minute free consultation so we can get to know one another and for us to make an initial assessment as to the suitability of your matter for mediation and for our practice.
Step Two: Intake and Assessment
We conduct a formal consultation over the telephone with the initiating party.
Step Three: Review of Court Orders
We must review any relevant court orders to ascertain whether your matter is suitable for mediation and to ensure that the other party can be contacted by us. Document review is $110 inclusive inc GST per document.
Step Four: Invitation to Mediate
After the client has completed their intake and case assessment and we have reviewed any relevant documents, we provide an invitation to mediate to the other party and two (2) follow ups at no charge.
Step Five: Mediation Conference
We offer 2/4/6 hour time slots for mediation with a tiered discount for those requiring more.
2 Hours is $440 per party
4 Hours is $850 per party
6 Hours is $1,000 per party
8 Hours is $1,250 per party
Step Six: Documentation Drafting
After the mediation, we will draft any agreements met between the parties and will forward them to your legal practitioner.
Basic Agreements are $220
Parenting Plans are $440
Property Agreements are $440
Complex Agreements (more than 2 parties) TBA
Packaged Pricing for Family Mediation Matters
For certain clients we offer a fixed fee package for $2,500 inc GST per person which includes everything necessary for dispute resolution for parenting and property matters. This saves over $2,500 off the individual prices for two parties.

Payment Plans
The benefits of mediation far outweigh the complex, costly and stressful alternative of the courts. We understand that for many the costs in this process are high and out of reach for many. On this basis, we may from time to time offer clients payment plans or a discount code where a parties income is less than $50,000. Please let us know if you require consideration and we will provide the appropriate form for completion.
