You are purchasing the certification required by the Family Court when making an Application for Orders. This shows the court that dispute resolution has or has not been attended and the reason why the certificate was issued. These certificates can only be issued by a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP) and is issued at their discretion.
Should you not have completed an assessment and or an initial consultation this order will not be fulfilled and you will be refunded.
