The Role
We are currently seeking applications for the role of a full time (38 hours) Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) Practitioner located at our various mediation venues throughout the east coast.
This role is to provide industry standard family dispute resolution and conciliation assistance to families when they are in the process of separating or have already separated or are divorced, to assist in the development of sustainable parenting plans and property agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Application of conflict resolution methodology, specifically family dispute resolution
- Facilitation of equitable participation of both parties in the mediation process
- Assisting clients to generate and negotiate sustainable options
- Application of separation and or divorce centric issue management theories
- Conduct of client assessment and intake of client needs
- Provide clients with information and referrals
- Upholding of professional confidentiality standards, duty of care, and strict decisive identification of domestic and family violence
Work days/hours are generally during Monday to Friday with, with some flexibility needed in order to meet organisational requirements.

Not all mediation practices are considered equal. Our service offering is complimented by fixed fee pricing and undertaken in-person, online, by shuttle and over the telephone. Participants to mediation can access our service from wherever they are located - worldwide.
